Yes! Our talented team can manage everything from flowers and table decorations to full set-up. We can also incorporate any of the props and décor available on the farm at no extra cost. If you’d like specific colours or props not available on-site, we can source these at an additional cost. The only separate account is for flower procurement, as this depends on your personal preferences.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring in your own florist and decorators. We recommend liaising with our venue manager to coordinate arrangements. We can also suggest preferred service providers who know the venue well and understand all the décor we already have available.

We provide standard cutlery and glassware as part of your package. If you require a different range of cutlery, glassware, or other table items, the hiring costs will be for your own account.

Our inspired chef creates personalized menus ranging from approximately R200 to R500 per person, depending on your choices. We specialize in farm-style cuisine and can tailor menus to suit your personal taste and budget. Our speciality is spitbraais and home-cooked food, featuring starters like home-baked mini vetkoekies with fillings, crostini’s, mini kebabs, and exquisite canapés. You can choose 1 or 2 meat dishes with 2 or 3 vegetable dishes, salads, and desserts of your choice.

We serve food buffet-style, allowing guests to serve themselves and enjoy seconds. We continuously fill the buffets for at least 2 hours, so your guests can eat at their own pace without standing in long queues. Nobody will go hungry—guaranteed.

We do not provide Halaal or Kosher catering in-house. However, you’re welcome to outsource these requirements at your own cost. We’ll make every effort to assist you with arrangements.

Yes, you’re welcome to use your own catering service for an additional cost of R50 per person. Your caterer must remain on duty until your last guests leave to clear all cutlery, crockery, and glassware from the tables. Please note that catering costs may vary, and we’ll provide prior notice of any supplier price increases or menu changes.
