Our venue fee is all-inclusive with absolutely no hidden costs. Your package includes the venue space, tables, chairs, PA system, dance area, fairy lights, log fires, all farm décor and props, bathrooms, parking, setup, and clearing. The only additional costs are for optional extras you choose—such as specialized catering, sourced décor items, or equipment hire—and these are quoted transparently upfront.
Can we bring our own caterer or decorator?
Yes, absolutely! You’re welcome to use your own caterer or decorator. If you bring your own caterer, there’s an additional cost of R50 per person, and they must remain on duty until your last guests leave to clear all cutlery, crockery, and glassware. For decorators, we recommend liaising with our venue manager to coordinate arrangements. We can also suggest preferred service providers who know the venue well.
